What are Reports?

The reporting module gives you the option to create several types of reports for different needs. You can save time with the automated generation and delivery of push reports.

There are different angles to the control performance - be it on a time basis, task basis, summarized for certain controls, programs or responsibles and much more.

You can for instance be informed about the level of control performance through KPIs such as number of completed controls and on-time rate in a "Status Report". There are the following types of reports:

Elements of the reporting module

Other than creating new reports, you can use the reporting module to manage and keep an overview of all your existing reports. The following sections explain how you can use the different functionalities to manage your reports.

Navigation menu

When you enter the reporting module, you find a navigation menu on the left side. The main elements are:

  • Saved reports
  • Standard reports

The "Saved reports"-section works as the main navigation menu and shows all your saved reports divided into report types. You can select one of the report types to narrow down the view.

Use “Standard reports” as templates for new reports, which you can customize and save.

Report overview

In the central part of the screen, you will see a list of your reports, and you can sort them according to the different columns.

The columns are covering the following:

  • Name: Shows the title of the report. Click on the name to get to the report itself
  • Type: Shows the report type. Read more about the different report types here
  • Description: Shows the report description if entered
  • Push reports: Shows how many push reports have been sent out based on the specific report
  • Access rights: Shows which users have access rights to the report
  • Actions: Shows possible actions you can take. By clicking on "Access rights", you are being directed to a page where you can view or edit the access rights for the report. By clicking "Delete", you are deleting the report.

Adjust which columns you want to view under "Adjust view".

Search bar

The search bar on top makes it very easy to find those specific reports, you are looking for. You can e.g. enter your username to find only those reports that you are responsible for, or you can search for a specific report name if you only want to view that one report.

Once the search is entered, you can see the overview has been filtered according to the search.

Create new

In the top, right corner of the screen, you have a "Create new"-button, from where you can create all types of reports. When clicking on the button, a dropdown appears with the different report types. Click on the report type you wish to create. Read more about how to customize and edit the report here
