You always have the option to make changes to report if you need it to show something else or if you no longer need it.
How to edit a report
- Go to “Reports” in the left main menu.
- Find the specific report you want to edit.
- Click on the report name (in green).
- Make your desired changes to the report.
- When you have made your changes, click on "Save" in the top, right corner.
- If you want to edit the access rights for the report, you can either click directly on "Access rights" from the Report overview, or you can click on "Manage access" when standing in the report. Here you can change which users have access to the report as well as how much they should be able to do/see.
How to delete a report
- Go to “Reports” in the left main menu.
- Find the specific report you want to delete.
- Click on "Delete" in the Actions-column.
- A pop-up shows up, asking you to confirm the deletion. If you wish to continue, click "Delete".
Note! Report edit or delete functions are limited to the “Report Manager” or "Administrator".
