Version 2.38.0 (25-11-2024): Simplified Reporting

Welcome to our latest release!

This update streamlines control monitoring with enhanced usability and intuitive navigation within the Reports module. Designed to help you and your team hit the ground running, these improvements ensure you're more confident in tracking performance and achieving stronger compliance outcomes.

Features

One-click status reports for specific programs and controls

Watch a 1-min intro

Now you can generate a status report just with one click, once you have set up your controls and started collecting control results. Simply open a control program and click on the Report button in action bar or for each separate control and see in real time if latest control tasks have been completed on time. You can get started now with monitoring the progress and tackling overdue tasks!

Structured report overview

Watch a 1-min intro:

Do you have many reports from different entities and regions and need a better overview or a way to quickly find specific reports? With the new report overview, you are now able to search and filter for any relevant datapoints including name, description and access rights of the reports. If you or your colleagues are new in Impero, simply click on "create new" to start customizing your first reports using one of our standard templates - tracking performance from a quantitative or a more qualitative, answer-based perspective.

Use cases

  • List of all reports for performance review across entities/countries/process areas
  • Assess whether local entities fulfill their monitoring duties
  • Ensure that local entities follow common reporting standards
  • Validate access rights regularly: control of information distribution to different stakeholders and/or change of responsibilities

Ad hoc push report

Watch a 1-min intro:

Now you get an email notification with a snapshot of key stats and a link to the full report:

The ad hoc push report helps you to deliver information to your stakeholders at any preferred time via email just with one click - no manual work to create tables and graphs! When reports on certain control processes or entities are of special interest or extra review is needed due to special events, information is needed mostly as soon as possible. You can set up your recipients to access the report without logging in. All the report deliveries are documented with time stamps at one place for you to keep track of.

Use case examples

  • Head of Internal Control needs a one-off report on newly added entity and control process
  • Occasional report to VP Tax upon request
  • Follow-up material provided after board meeting where internal controls performance was presented
  • Revised control results following auditors’ request
