Immediate Control Dispatch
What to expect:

Do you need to send out controls instantly to collect missing documents or address urgent audit issues? Now you can send out control tasks immediately! Simply select the Manual schedule type in the control editor and tick-mark "Send immediately to responsible".

- Audit findings: Issue resolution or implementation of auditors' requests/recommendations

Control Testing Module: Efficient Review of Test Results
While we are further developing our Control Testing module, we have now introduced the list of activities for test programs so you have a clear and comprehensive overview with quick insights on associated entities and responsibles. You can systematically review test results by going through each test activity in a preferred order or focus on specific areas using flexible filters.
UX Enhancements
Saved view in Report module
Personalize your view in the Report module by using filters in the search bar, showing/hiding or sorting information columns! Your personal view will show up again when you re-enter the list.
Document preview in Datasheet tasks
Are you screening and reviewing many control documents every month or quarter? Our preview functionality is now also supported in Datasheet tasks. You can simply click on the preview icon and review PDF files and images in your browser. No need to download every evidence and clean it up afterwards anymore!
Bug fixes
- Extends the supported length of control task titles
- Ensures that control activity can be viewed when a datasheet has been deleted and it is in use in a conditional task
