Would you like to delete the control master data so that no more controls are generated based on it in the future? You can find instructions here.
The control master data includes information such as name, description, scheduling or the tasks in the control. You can think of it as a template. If you have a monthly control, notifications - also called activities - are generated every month based on this template.
How do I delete a control?
Note: It is not possible to delete activities that have already been created through the control; these will still be available under “View Activities” in the control program (read more about how to access control activity here). However, you can use the following instructions to delete the control master data so that no new activities are created based on the control.
- Click on the specified program under “Your programs” on the Dashboard or in the Control Management module.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the specified control and select “Delete”.
- Then click “OK” to delete the control.
