Notification on Control Completion
Do you want to notify business unit managers, department leads or further stakeholders about the completion of control processes? Now you can use this new feature to set up notifications for users who are not actively involved in the control tasks. Once control tasks are completed, these users receive an automatic notification via email.
With that, you can:
- Start timely review of control results
- Improve stakeholders' confidence on control performance
- Enhance transparency and awareness at different levels
- Ensure instant information of teams or departments that can initiate further tasks based on the control completion or utilize control results for reporting purposes
- Replace manual communication with seamless information flows
Bulk-download Control Attachments
Do you need to download attachments from many control activities on a recurring basis for your review or to deliver to auditors or simply as a data backup? Now you can quickly mass-select control activities and download all attachments with a few clicks! Filter out control activities you want to download from using the time period and search bar. The respective control attachments are stored in a structure folder so you can easily associate them with specific controls and periods.
Improved visibility of pending tasks after control submission
We have improved the submission success page to serve as a friendly reminder or an invitation to complete several tasks in a row: Control performers or reviewers, who perform tasks without logging in, will now see a list of their pending tasks after they submit a control.
UX Improvements
- Sticky Filters in the Dashboard
With this release, any filters applied in the Dashboard will be automatically saved:
- Pagination introduced for better performance
Instead of loading long pages, you can now browse through results page by page everywhere in Impero e.g. in User Management or the list of control activities.
