How do I perform a control if I'm a member of a group?

Here you can find out what you need to consider if you have to work on a control as part of a group.

You can be the responsible or reviewer for a control either individually or as part of a group. Accessing the control works the same way in each case, either via a link in the notification email or by logging in to Impero.

If you are individually assigned to a control, you can here find out how to proceed as a: responsible or reviewer.

If you are part of a group, you can see this on the right-hand side of the control: There you will see the name of a group instead of an individual.

By hovering over the name of the group, you can see the names of the group members.

There is the option for a person to be the claimant of the control, which means they have the primary responsibility for the control. This can be determined by the creator of the control or by the group members themselves. If there is a claimant for the control, this is written in brackets after the name and the person is listed first. The other members are listed alphabetically.

Tip: Do you want to fill in only part of the control? Click on "Safe draft" at the bottom of the page, then the control can be further edited by all group members.

As soon as a member enters the control via "Submit", it disappears from everyone's pending activities.
