Here you can read about how to get a better overview of tests, programs and activities as well as how to manage them.
Manage control testing programs
Search and filter control testing programs
If you have many control testing programs, you can get a better overview using filters and the search bar. You can add as many filters as you would like and do a search within the filtered items.
Edit control testing program
In case your needs are changing in the process, you have the option to edit your control testing programs.
- Open the desired control program by clicking on the name in the list of control programs.
- Click on "Edit program" in the top, right corner.
- This opens the setup, which you can then change to fit the new needs.
You can delete a test program by clicking on “Delete program” in the upper right corner.
Manage control tests
You can manage existing control tests located in each control testing program. Open the control program to retrieve a list of all existing control tests within the program.
Search and filter control testing programs
To find the desired test, you can use the search and filter function.
Edit a control test
If you want to edit an existing control test, simply click on the test name. This leads you to the setup page where you can make the needed updates. Remember to finish the editing by clicking "Update" at the end.
Delete one or more control tests
If a control test is no longer needed, you have the option to delete it. You can delete a test in two different ways:
- From the setup page of the test, you can click on "Delete" in the top, right corner.
- From the control testing overview page, you can mark one or more tests and click on "Delete" in the top, left corner.
View and manage control testing activities
Once your control tests are up and running, all the testing activities will be visible under "Activities" in each control testing program.
In the list of activities you can easily view the effectiveness as well as which entities have been tested, the due date of the test, the responsible user and the current status - whether it is completed or waiting for a user.
In order to see more details about each activity, simply click on the name of the activity.
Filter and search for test activities
When you have many testing activities, it can be useful to limit the view to those activities you would like to see. Here you can use the filtering and the search function.
- Click on "Add filter" in the top, left corner, and select what you want to filter for. You can add as many filters as you would like.
- Use the search bar in the top, right corner to for instance search for certain test names or other relevant criteria.
Reassign test activities
As long as the activity has not yet been completed, it can be reassigned. To do this, select one or more activities and click on “Reassign.”
Then enter the user who is to be reassigned and click “OK.”
In this way you can reassign the assignee of the current step of the activity - meaning if the activity is pending on the first review, you reassign the first reviewer.
Export test activities
You have the option to generate an Excel export of the test activities. To do so, select all or a subset of the activities and click on “Export.”
You then have the option of generating an export with or without answers.
