You can change the table layout in a report by adding groupings to the table. Groupings are used for organizing information in certain groups or rows in the table.
As a standard, the information is grouped only on programs, but you can edit the view to fit exactly your needs.
In the following list, you can see what data each of the groupings cover:
Program: Shows the program name.
Control: Shows the control name.
Description: Shows the description entered for the control.
Period: Shows the period selected for the control.
Tag categories: Shows the name of a tag category.
Notification date: Shows the date when the email was sent out to the responsible.
Responsible due date: Shows the due date of the responsible.
Reviewer due date: Shows the due date of the reviewer.
Second reviewer due date: Shows the due date of the second reviewer.
Due Date: This shows the final due date for the control - if there is only a responsible, it will be equivalent to the one of the responsible. If there is a reviewer as well, it will then be equivalent to the due date of the reviewer.
Submitted: Shows the date for when the responsible user performed the control.
Reviewed: Shows the date for when the first reviewer reviewed the control.
Second reviewed: Shows the date for when the second reviewer reviewed the control.
Final reviewed: This shows the date for when the final review was done - if there is only one reviewer, it will be equivalent to when this review was done. If there is a second reviewer as well, it will then be equivalent to the date of when it was reviewed by the second reviewer.
Completed: This shows the date for when everyone has performed their tasks, and the control is completed.
Responsible: Shows the name of the user who is responsible. If a user group is selected, it will show one row with the user group name as well as a row for each of the user group members. This makes it possible to view who from the user group that took the responsible-role.
Claimed by: If a user group has been selected as either responsible, reviewer or second reviewer, this shows which user claimed the control.
Performer: This shows which user performed the control. This is especially useful if you have a group set as responsible, and you just want to see which user in the group actually performed the control.
Reviewer: Shows the name of the user who is the reviewer. If a user group is selected, it will show one row with the user group name as well as a row for each of the user group members. This makes it possible to view who from the user group that took the reviewer-role.
Review performer: This shows which user performed the review. This is especially useful if you have a group set as reviewer, and you just want to see which user in the group actually performed the review.
Second reviewer: Shows the name of the user who is the second reviewer. If a user group is selected, it will show one row with the user group name as well as a row for each of the user group members. This makes it possible to view who from the user group that took the second reviewer-role.
Second review performer: This shows which user performed the second review. This is especially useful if you have a group set as second reviewer, and you just want to see which user in the group actually performed the second review.
User: This shows you the name of a user. This is especially useful if you want to have a report showing which controls each user is connected to.
Status: Shows the current status of the control (Completed, Waiting on responsible, Overdue - waiting on responsible etc.)
Archived: This shows if a control has been archived or not. It primarily makes sense to use this grouping in connection with a control. It gives a "false"-result if the item has not been archived.
