The new Administrator Dashboard provides a centralized and intuitive overview of control performance across processes and tasks, helping administrators stay informed and proactive with minimal effort.

1. Overall Internal Control Performance

Gain organization-wide insight into the execution of control tasks:

• See how many control activities were completed (on time) in the current and previous month

• Identify underperformance early: watch for signals indicating the need to reinforce accountability and improve control effectiveness

2. Insight into Performance Across Process Areas

• Understand how well controls are performing in specific business or compliance areas (typically grouped by control programs)
• Use these insights to inform recommendations to process owners and reflect on the effectiveness of past task management actions in the respective area 

3. Development of Latest Activities

Quickly see what your contributors are working on and stay up to date with real-time changes in your control environment.

API Access to First & Second Reviewer Task Answers

You can now extract first and second reviewer task responses via the public API similarly to responsible task answers. Easily integrate with tools like Power BI to systematically evaluate reviewers' input in order to detect issues or weaknesses and ensure the quality of control results.

Updates to Control Testing (Beta)

If you are participating in the beta for control testing, you will now see a few new capabilities:

• Bulk creation of control tests - Save time by setting up multiple tests in one go.
• Export control testing activities - Easily extract and share control testing data.
• Delete control test programs - Clean up test programs that are no longer needed.
