If you have received a notification to either perform a control test or do a review, you can here read how to perform your task
To access the control test, use the link in the notification, i.e., click on “Perform control test.”
Important: In order to perform a control test, you need to have access to the control program to which the activities belong. An admin would be able to give you this access.
How the control test can look like
The control tests can contain as many fields as the creator has set it up with, but it will at minimum include a field with samples and a field to conclude on the test. The actual test as well as wordings might look very different.
How to select samples
When you first open the test, the "Samples" section will be empty, you add by clicking "Add samples". This will open a window with a list of all the available activities which you can sample from.
Choose a subset of samples.
Once the samples are selected, you can see them in the view, which was previously empty.
Conclude on samples
To conclude on each sample, click on the name, and a new window will open on the right side of the screen. This view will depend on how the questions that have been set up in the sample conclusion part of the testing program, below is just an example. Fill out the questionnaire and finish by clicking "OK".
Finish the test
To finish the control test, you have to conclude on the overall effectiveness. This question can look slightly different, below is one example. Complete this part of the test and click “Submit.”
