How can I edit my profile?
- Click on your name in the upper right corner and select “My profile” in the dropdown.
- All settings for your profile are visible here, and you can make the desired changes depending on your accesses.
What can I edit?

Profile details: Here you can update name, password and phone number for 2fa if applicable. Click on the little pen to make changes to the name.
- Language and timezone: These changes affect both the language and time of the Impero solution as well as e-mails you receive from Impero. The timezone selected will be the one used as standard when creating a new control. Your language preferences do not affect those you work with, or the e-mails sent on your behalf. Impero is available in the following languages: English, German, Danish, Spanish, and French.
- Notification preferences: Toggle on/off on the different notification options, so they fit your needs the most.
- Email grouping: This gives you the option to select whether you want all Impero notifications to show in one email, or if you want to receive an email for each notification.
Note: You need to be an administrator to update the email address, and even then you cannot change it directly from the profile settings. If an email has to be updated, you need to go to he User management and find your user through there.
